Something I've really been enjoying for dinner are the Morning Star Spicy Black Bean Burgers. I'll cook one of those up in a skillet and put it on a wheat bun with some mustard. Occasionally I'll have a slice of provolone cheese if I'm lacking in calcium for the day. Today I cooked up some mixed vegetables with a little olive oil, garlic and lemon juice. DELISH! I'm so glad I discovered frozen vegetables! I don't make them every night as my veggie serving and it makes it so much easier to keep them and not waste them.
Good day overall. Now I'm going to enjoy a Skinny Cow Chocolate Truffle Ice Cream Bar, yum!

What a great day to exercise outside!
Brad LOVES morning star burgers too. I have a ton of recipes for black bean burgers if you ever want to trade it up or make your own!
Hey Sarah! I just found your blog this morning. Reading yesterdays post...you should consider switching from olive oil to grapeseed oil for cooking. It has a higher flashpoint, is way healthier for you, it doesn't have a taste to it and I sell it on my website: www.mywildtree.com.33733
Just something to consider. All of our products are natural, no MSG, artificial preservatives, colors or dyes. The meals are delicious and really cost effective and did I mention easy to prepare?
I love your goal...we should be adding to our family any day now. I wish you all the best!
