Just Keep Swimming

I am still training for the 5K. I ran into a hiccup last week, however. I was doing week 4, day 2 on Thursday morning and just could not do a full 5 minutes of running. 3 minutes I could handle, but getting past 4 minutes was tough. I started having a hard time breathing and my legs were starting to cramp up a little. I did get a little discouraged, but I reminded myself that I have until August to become a good runner and if I have to take 2 weeks to complete week 4, so be it. I had to go work out yesterday, but decided to take a little break from running and did the elliptical and my strength training.

Today I'm getting back on the running "train" and trying today's intervals with Nemo. I haven't done any running with him, so I'm a little nervous, but it's such a nice, cool day, I can't resist getting out there!

Week 1 Complete!

Last Thursday I did the third and final day of Week 1 of my Couch to 5K program. I was so excited because I'm feeling really good after my "runs." The last time I started this, I had to slow it way down and take longer walking intervals during the first week because of my asthma. However, this time I've been working out consistently leading up to the start of my training, so I had zero asthma issues last week.

Today I'm starting Week 2 which means a 5 minute warm up followed by 90 seconds of running and 2 minutes of walking for 20 minutes. I'll be doing this 3 days this week. Week 1 was 60 seconds running, 90 seconds walking.

I think more than anything, I'm excited to get to the point in my training when I'm running longer distances and time so I can start running with my 5K buddy, Kate. She's already able to run 2 miles, so I'm itching to be able to run outside with her so we can figure out what pace we need to run together and so I can get used to not using a treadmill.

Here's to Week 2!

Retrospect

Jack Gilbert Kleinfehn
March 17, 2011

This week marks the 1st birthday of 2 special guys: my good friend Millie's son, Jack and my nephew, Xavier. They are one week apart, almost exactly to the hour. They were both born on my spring break, which was awesome timing, good job boys! Right after they were born, I joined Snap Fitness, had a session with a personal trainer and began working out on my own. I lost some weight, but gained it back. I was insistent on getting pregnant because, let's face it, I had major baby fever. All I could talk about was when we were going to have a baby.

Things changed a lot in October when Bobby lost his job. Obviously baby talk stopped and I had a chance to reflect on where I was in my life. It took a lot of time, but I came to realize that I'm really ok with where I am right now. I want nothing more than to become a mother someday, but if it's not right now, I'm good with it. I'll be 30 in August and when we got married, the age of 30 was my "baby goal." Five years later, here I am, and I don't have a baby goal age anymore. I have finally come to accept that when it's right for us to get pregnant, we will. Luckily, Bobby found an awesome job that he loves in January and he's been doing really well.

I started thinking about babies again when he started the job, but then found out that I'll have to travel to Seattle next February to be in my college roommate's wedding. Nothing could make me happier, but that changes the baby plans a little. Last year at this time, this news would have devastated me, but now, I completely accept it. If we have to wait until fall to start trying, so be it. I've come a long way since my nephew and Jack were born. I truly love my life and my little family of 3. I will always want to be a mother, but I'm also really happy where I'm at right now, so I'm ok with waiting.

Since I'm not getting pregnant any time soon, I've decided to face a new challenge: running a 5K. My friend, Kate, and I will be running a 5K in August, likely the day after I turn 30, which is intentional. In order to train for this, I've had to go back to the gym, this time at Gold's. They have the machines and the classes, which is exactly what I need for a price I'm willing to pay. I started my "Couch to 5K" plan today and did so awesome, no asthma issues at all! I'm so excited for this new adventure to bring me into my 30's!

Happy 1st Birthday Jack and Xavier! I can't wait to see what this next year has in store for you both!

Insanity Day 5 & 6: Learning My Limits

Yesterday was technically day 5 of Insanity. However, I found myself in some stressful and highly emotional situations that brought on a horrible headache by the end of my work day. When I got home, I really did want to work out, but I knew that Insanity would not get my full efforts if I did it with a headache.

What I chose to do instead was 45 minutes of Zumba on the Wii. I completed it and felt awesome afterward, and my headache was gone. I truly enjoy Zumba and would do it every day if I could afford the DVD collection. The Wii is still great, but it's not the full Zumba Fitness system. I was pleased with myself that I stuck with my fitness commitment even if I had to switch out of Insanity for the day.

Today was Insanity day 6. I did the Pure Cardio that I was supposed to do yesterday. Man, I'm SO glad I didn't try that yesterday! I got a good nights sleep last night and woke up refreshed and able to fully commit myself to the workout. I wouldn't have been able to complete it any other way. I'm exhausted but I feel good about what I accomplished.

Tonight, we're going to Manny's Steakhouse in Minneapolis to celebrate Bobby selling his first car last weekend. I think it's also going to be a nice "cheers to us" for completing the first week of Insanity. Bring on week 2!

Insanity Day 4: Weak in the Knees

Today was cardio recovery. Even though there wasn't really any "cardio" it wasn't really a recovery either! It was definitely a step down from the fast paced DVDs that I've done so far, but it was still hard!

It was a lot of lower body, yoga, butt work, squats, lunges, that kind of stuff. By the end, when I had to do balance stretches, my legs were shaking so bad I couldn't keep my balance. I thought I had lead legs the last 2 days, oh no, today it will be tough to get around.

It's been hard, but I'm feeling really good. I'm excited to see the results in a couple weeks and to start transforming my body. Only 2 days left in the first week and I'm pumped I've made it this far :)

Insanity Day 3: Working It Out

Today was SO much better than yesterday! I will never say that the workouts get easier, but I definitely struggled less to get through it today. I'm still having trouble with the exercises that start standing then go to the floor quickly, that's where I'm missing most of my reps because it takes me a minute to get into position. I had to modify a few exercises today, but that's ok. What's most important to me is that I finish the workout. If I spend an entire interval doing modified movements, I'm fine with it because I'm still doing something.

Tomorrow is the Cardio Recovery DVD, which I'm looking forward to for 2 reasons:
1-It's a recovery DVD
2-It's 33 minutes long instead of the 40-45 minutes, so I may not have to get up as early tomorrow as I have the last 2 days.

Overall, feeling better today than the last 2 days. Still stiff, still feel like my arms and legs are made of lead, but I feel good that I'm doing it and getting through it.

Insanity Day 2: Maybe Not the Best For My Profession...

Don't worry folks, I don't plan on writing a blog every single day of Insanity. I just have a lot of thoughts as I'm starting out.

This morning I did the second workout and was proud to get through it. I had to take several "walking in place" breaks, and modify a few moves so I could get to the end. I didn't feel nausea like I did yesterday and I think it's because I was able to eat something and then sit for a bit and let it settle. I've already taken in 4 glasses of water and it's 6:45 AM! This will definitely be good for my water intake, that's for sure. Bobby decided yesterday that he's giving up pop, which will be tough since he has access to free pop at his work. I don't drink soda during the work week and occasionally have it on the weekends, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed he can do it. Coffee, honey?

I was definitely stiff when I woke up, and as I'm getting ready for work, I can't help thinking, "Hmm, the fact that I can't move my arms very high in the air can't possibly be good for interpreting." Hopefully the student will be patient with me as I work with her today.

Even though I'm stiff and sore, I feel good, mostly because I'm proving to myself (and other non-believers) that I'm capable of getting through these tough workouts as long as I take care of myself while I'm doing them.

Insanity: Day 1

Yes, that's right, today we're starting "Insanity." I did my fitness test this morning before work and Bobby will be doing his before he goes into work a little bit later. I realized three things while doing this workout:
-I'm horribly out of shape, even though I do Zumba 4 days a week, this is a totally different kind of work out.
-I probably shouldn't do these workouts in the morning when I either have to fuel up and then workout too soon after, or don't have time to completely fuel up before hand (this equals an icky stomachache).
-I definitely CAN do this even though it's going to be really hard.

I haven't taken my "before" measurements yet, mostly because I don't have a measuring tape that's not meant for the house. I have every intention of being as open about this journey as I have been so far. Some people may be put off by me sharing my weight and measurements, but I want to show people that it CAN be done.

My starting weight is 225 lbs. My goal is to be 200 lbs by the end of the 60 days. It very well could be less than that, but I don't want to be let down if I don't get into the 100's. I'm wearing a size 18 pants, hoping to be in a 14 by the end. I have 4-5 pairs of size 14 pants, it would be great if I could wear those again.

My brother and his girlfriend have already completed the first week, so I'm excited for us to be one big rock-hard-body family!!

Bringing Some Insanity to 2012

Bobby has started his job at White Bear Lake Mitsubishi Suzuki this week, and his boss is super fit and does P90X and/or the Insanity workout like twice a year. We've known his boss for several years and he's been in great shape the whole time. Now, Bobby works for him and sees him every day which has a little bit of an intimidation factor to it.

Today, I was sitting at home, stretching after doing Zumba, and watching infomercials. The Insanity Workout one was on, and I thought to myself "I'll bet (our friend) owns this and I happen to know he just bought Insanity Asylum so we could probably borrow it...I'll ask Bobby."

Cut to dinner tonight and I brought it up with Bobby. He admitted that being around his boss is actually a great motivator to get back in shape and he would think about doing Insanity. THEN I brought up BOTH of us doing it. First he laughed, then he didn't believe me, then he considered it. After finding out that Bobby can get a hold of the DVD's on Monday, we've agreed to go through with it.

There will be a couple of days a week when we'll have to workout separately, which I'm fine with, but most days we can do it together, which will be motivating. For anyone who doesn't know what the heck I'm talking about, this is Insanity. Basically, 60 days of intense cardio plyometric training. I have the feeling that I'll be going to be a lot earlier every day, and drinking more coffee the first couple of weeks. But I'm ready. I'm actually really excited because it's something we're doing TOGETHER to benefit ourselves individually and as a couple. Wish us luck!

Simple Resolutions

It's a new year which means it's time for resolutions right? I think a lot of people fail at their resolutions because they make them so grand and have no plan of attack. I've been in that boat and it's kind of a let down when December comes around. Here are my resolutions and my plans of attack:

1-Do things that I want to do because I deserve it- If I really just want to sit in front of the TV all day on a weekend and watch whatever trashy show I'm into, or read a book for hours, or watch movies with my husband, then I'm going to. If I don't take that "me" time, then I'll get overworked and stressed. The chores will get done, maybe not right this second, but eventually and that's ok. Doing things that I want to do will also give me a higher sense of self-worth and will force me to treat myself first instead of always wanting to treat others first.

2-Lose 2 pant sizes so my husband will finally shave that goatee and I can get pregnant-I plan to do my Zumba Fitness 2 game 4-5 days a week, at least 2 times being 40-60 minutes, the other times being 20-40 minutes. I also plan to cut way back on going out for breakfast and lunch. I love McDonald's coffee, so it's also easy to pick up a breakfast sandwich, no more. Making sure I have protein shakes at home is going to be a priority. Making lunch or eating at school is also top of my list. I have 2 huge motivators for this goal, so I think I can do it.

3-Make weekly meal plans and stick to them- Going out for dinner occasionally isn't a bad thing, but it's not easy on the wallet and not easy on the body either. I have some amazing cookbooks and amazing recipes that I need to start using. With Bobby's new job and changing hours, it'll be good to have home made meals and leftovers for those nights when he gets home late. Plus, homemade is generally better in terms of staying healthy.

4-Make more time for Nemo-Yes, sounds a little silly, but I did not do a good job with getting him outside on walks in 2011. He needs exercise as much as we do. It's a great way to spend time with Bobby too, if he can join us. Nemo is by no means a fat dog, but he definitely has a lot of energy and needs to get rid of it!

Four resolutions may seem like a lot, but I'm hoping they become a life style instead of just resolutions or goals. Here's to healthy changes in 2012!

2011 in Pictures (and captions)

As I said in my last post, 2011 was an interesting year. Looking through my pictures, I realized we really did have a lot of fun and had some very special moments. Here are a few of them:

One of my best friends, Millie, had her son Jack Gilbert on March 17.
My nephew, Xavier Joseph, was born March 24.
Cosmic Bingo at Mystic Lake.
Karen and Brad Mills, married April 2, I was honored to be a bridesmaid.
Twins game on Easter Sunday for Bobby's birthday.
Race for the Cure on Mother's Day
Then we had a gap in photos.... Shouthouse with my in-laws in July.
Road Trip to Chicago in August with Ryan and Eric.
Getting to see Julie and meet Tim while in Chicago
This one is a bit early (stupid uploader), Pumpkin Patch in October.
Twins Game in August with my parents
Unstad wedding, August
State Fair!
Thanksgiving
Jeff's Birthday Dinner
Bloxham Wedding, December
Merry Christmas!
Happy New Year!
There are so many other great photos we have from this year with such great memories. In 2012, I hope to have a stronger commitment to getting fit and losing those pounds so my husband can finally shave off that goatee. In 2011, I really wanted to get pregnant and bring a little Pflugh into the world in early 2012. Well, things change and that didn't happen. Here's hoping we have little Pflughs running around soon!

Wishing you a very happy and healthy 2012!

A Reflection of 2011

For the next 6 hours, a lot of people, myself included will be thinking about what they learned from 2011. This was a year of a lot of ups and downs. At the beginning of the year, Bobby was offered a job, which had taken a ton of stress off of my shoulders. Near the end of the year, he had to leave that job, therefore the stress was put back on. Thankfully, this year ended with another job offer and he starts on Tuesday. I was fortunate to bypass the layoffs that happened at SPPS in the spring because if that had happened to us, I don't know how we would have handled it. Although, that did happen in 2010 and we were fine.

This year, my 4 best friends all reached major milestones in their lives. One started a new relationship in February, one had a baby in March, one got married in April and one got engaged in December. I have never felt so much love and appreciation for my friends than I have this year. I had a lot of personal stuff going on and I've been so thankful that these 4 amazing women have been there for me.

Another awesome thing that happened is that my nephew, Xavier, was born on March 24. I admit, this was hard for me because of my strong desire to have my own child but knowing that we couldn't financially handle it. However, whenever I see him, my world is happier. He's the best thing that happened this year and I LOVE being an auntie!

In the spring, I decided to go on a quest to lose weight and get pregnant. That didn't work so well. I have the tools and I've been using them moderately, but not intensely, which is why I haven't seen much progress. We bought a new weight scale today because I've been using one that was my grandmother's and apparently it was off by about 15 pounds. I had a feeling that was the case, which means that I have to get intense now. Not because it's 2012, but because I finally feel like I can really do this.

In 2012, I really hope we can get back on our feet financially, and I can get going with my weight loss. I also hope to get pregnant, I don't know when and I'm not going to stress about it. Over the last 2 years, I've realized that everything really does happen for a reason. When it's the right time for us to get pregnant, we'll get pregnant. And when we do, it'll be wonderful.

I hope you all take the time to look back on the blessings you had in 2011 and look forward to new possibilities in 2012! Happy New Year to you all!

Let's Make a Deal

First of all, I'd like to wish you all a very Happy Holiday! I hope you all enjoyed your Christmas and got to spend it with loved ones.

Now that 2011 is winding down, I feel like I'm finally getting ahold of this whole fitness/eating right thing. It only took me 8 months!

That leads me to my blog title. As some of you know, I hate, HATE my husband's goatee. Yes, he had one when we met and I didn't like it then. I've been trying to get him to shave it off, but he keeps saying he wants something in return. Last night we were out for our 4th anniversary and I brought it up again. First I offered a baby in exchange for the shaving, but then I realized that I wouldn't get what I wanted for at least 9 months, and that wasn't good enough. Although he was willing to accept that deal and allow me to bring the razor to the hospital and he would do it right after the baby is born. Then I decided that I needed a little more motivation to keep working out and eating right. I said "If I lose one pant size, you shave the goatee." He said "Make it 2 sizes and you have a deal."

Now, my husband has NEVER asked me to lose weight for him, EVER. However, he has been a huge support to me and just wants me to be completely satisfied with myself. He knows that this deal pretty much just benefits me, but of course it means I'll be comfortable in my clothes and maybe will be wearing more of the stuff I used to wear in college.

So, it's on! When I officially lose 2 pant sizes, Bobby will shave off his goatee. I know there are several of you out there who want him to shave just as much as I do, so I need your support to keep up the Zumba workouts so I can make this happen sooner rather than later.

Brown Christmas

Usually when I think of Christmas, I think of lit up trees, ornaments, candles, delicious cookies, presents, lots of food, celebrating with family and friends, going to church, and of course....snow. Well, this year it looks like we won't be having snow in Minnesota on Christmas. It's a strange occurrence and I honestly can't remember the last time this happened. When we were getting married in 2007, I remember hoping we'd get some snow in time for our wedding because there wasn't enough snow on the ground at Christmas. But a totally BROWN Christmas? That just isn't right. I have to admit it's been difficult to get into the holiday spirit when it looks like it's still Thanksgiving. I have also found myself to be quite busy this holiday season at work so I've been doing a lot of online shopping. My mom and I skipped shopping on Black Friday because things have been tight financially for our whole family this year. That usually helps me get into the holiday spirit.

Now that Christmas Eve is 2 days away, I'm finding myself getting more into the spirit. I'm excited to spend time with my family and to be off work for 12 days. I try to turn all of my lights on in the evening to keep up the spirit, and light a few candles. I only get one day off before Christmas this year, and I fully intend on using that day to spend time with my husband, visit the mall, bake cookies and watch some Christmas movies.

Of course, I won't lose sight of what Christmas is all about. It's about the birth of Jesus and all of the wonderful things he's done for us and will continue to do for us. No matter what troubles you're going through this season, remember to show a little extra love to those around you and appreciate what you DO have.

Giving Thanks

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

This year has had its ups and downs for Bobby and me. The year started with the promise of a new job for Bobby and the prospect of getting pregnant. Unfortunately the job didn't work out the way we wanted and we approach the holiday season with one less income. I could sit here and go on and on about how hard it's been, because it definitely has not been easy. However, I'd rather spend today thinking about what we DO have and how lucky we are.

We are having both of our families over this afternoon for Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone has been so generous in offering to bring different parts of the meal and it has really been a big help. I'm thankful that we CAN have both sides of the family over and that they get along so well. We're lucky that our parents and siblings like each other and are excited to celebrate the holidays together.

I'm most thankful for my husband. He is my best friend and I couldn't imagine my life without him. No matter what we've been through or what we're going through now, I wouldn't want anyone else by my side. OH, and of course I'm super thankful for Nemo! He brings us joy everyday and loves us unconditionally. There's nothing better!

We wish you all a happy and fun Thanksgiving!

Best Money Saver for the Holidays

Greetings! It has been over a month since I last posted, geez! I've let my life get very busy with work and extracurricular activities and haven't allowed myself time to do any sort of reflection.

The slim-down has been going alright. I've managed to drop a pants size, which is very exciting, AND I've bought 3 items that were at "regular" stores (i.e. not Lane Bryant). They may have been size XL, but I don't care! I'm still doing Zumba on Wii for my exercise and I still love it! Zumba 2 is actually coming out on Tuesday and I'm beyond excited to buy it!

Back to the point of my subject line. A couple years ago, a Deaf student I was interpreting for was volunteering at Arc's Value Village through school. Obviously, I would go with him every day and I started to realize that it was a fantastic place to shop! Once again, I have a group of students volunteering at Arc's and I'm there twice a week, which can be dangerous..... Today, my friend Ryan and I went to Arc's to do a little shopping. Here's how I made out:
1 pair of fairly new jeans
An Emily Giffin book that I've been wanting to read
An adorable Christmas spoon rest
Christmas pie server
3 wine glasses
Christmas slippers
Gift for Ryan
All of this totaled $23.52!!

Normally, one pair of jeans would cost me that alone! We also went to Kohl's where I got a Christmas travel mug and Thanksgiving towels for about $11. Kohl's is having a major sale right now and there were lots of items 50-60% off. Last week at Arc's, I bought a tree skirt that matches our stockings, a Santa candy jar and a cute scarf, that probably totaled less than $12.

I understand that some people are weird about thrift stores, but if you wash anything you buy, it's practically like new! And you save TONS of money! Check it out: Arc's, Goodwill, Unique, or any thrift store near you!

In Search of Convenience?

As pretty much everyone in my life knows, Bobby and I only get to see each other on the weekends. He works M-F 3:30-midnight and I work daytime hours. This means that weekends are very precious to us. While we try and get out and see family and friends, we also try and spend as much time alone as we can. This also means that convenience on the weekends is my best friend.

Two years ago I discovered Coborns Delivers. They have actual grocery stores you can go into, which are located all over the state but the closest one to us is in Ramsey, which is still almost 40 minutes away. They have great produce, bakery and deli items at relatively inexpensive costs. The best thing about it is that I can order my groceries from my computer in about 15 minutes, see exactly how much I'm spending (great for budgeting), decide when I want them delivered and pay very close to what I would pay at Target or Cub. Once you start using the service more often, they just keep everything you've ordered in what's called "My List", so if you just want the same stuff every week, you know exactly where to find it.

They also have lots of store coupons, specials, pre-made meals and they accept manufacturer coupons as well. There are a few things that I enjoy that they don't have, like Sabra Hummus, Dannon Oikos yogurt and Odwalla drinks, but there are so many other things that they DO have. If your order is $50 or more (which ours almost always is) you pay a $5 delivery fee. They also offer delivery passes that are 3, 6, 9 or 12 months that end up saving you in delivery fees in the long run.

We also love using it in the summer when we take trips to the cabin because we can use the green totes that they deliver our food in. We don't have a cooler, so it's great to have those totes. It's kind of like Netflix, where you can keep the totes as long as you want, but eventually they do e-mail you saying "we need more totes, can we pick yours up?" They'll either pick your totes up on a date you choose from their website, or when they deliver your next order.

It's one of my favorite things to use, especially in the winter time and when I have such little time with my husband. Check it out for yourself!

Another Good Greek Yogurt

For a while, I had a hard time finding Chobani Raspberry yogurt, not sure if they just stopped making it or what. So I saw the commercials for Oikos by Dannon and decided to try it. I'm not a huge fan of the fruit on the bottom ones, but I LOVE the Key Lime one! I also like the Raspberry one that doesn't have fruit on the bottom. It's a little less tart compared to Chobani, but I still enjoy both. Give it a try!

You Know I Love Zumba....

I don't generally sit and watch infomercials, but whenever the Zumba Fitness one is on, I go out of my way to sit and watch it, even though I've seen it a billion times. Sadly, it's like $90 once you make all 3 payments so I'll just have to wait for Christmas for that.

However, the Zumba fitness Wii game is NOT $90! I went on Amazon.com and found someone selling a copy for $25, so I bought it. I LOVE IT! It's not the same feeling as the DVD's, I'm sure, but I get such a great workout and it's fun. It's super convenient for when I don't have a ton of time in the morning to get to the gym. I just run downstairs, turn on the Wii and pick one of the 20 minute workouts. Even though it's 20 minutes, I sweat like crazy! When I have a little more time, I do the 45 minute ones.

I wasn't able to sign up for any Zumba classes at Shoreview Community Center this fall because of my work hours, so I'm super happy I can still get my Zumba fix. I always feel energized when I'm done, not exhausted from kicking my butt in the workout. They're coming out with the second edition in November, so I might have to check that one out as well.

Yummy Brunch!

It's been a while since I last posted, but I'm going to try really hard to get back into it! I figured I'd start with my twist on Eggs Benedict, which I tried this morning with lots of success! My mom has made Eggs Benedict at the cabin since I was a little girl and it's on my list of top five comfort foods. I didn't want to wait until the cabin to eat it, so I made it myself.

Spinach Eggs Benedict

This is what I used to make 2 servings each for Bobby and I, it could also make 4 individual servings.

4 halves Wheat English Muffin
4 Eggs, Poached (I used an egg poacher)
1 Tbsp Frozen Spinach (can refreeze the rest and use it later)
1 package precooked Canadian Bacon, or your meat of choice, or no meat if you prefer
1 package Knorr Hollandaise sauce (with 1 C milk and 1/4 c butter)

*Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to package.
*Lightly coat egg poacher with butter or cooking spray. I used just enough spinach to coat the bottom of each dish, then broke one egg in each dish over the spinach.
*While the eggs were cooking, I spread butter on each English Muffin half, then put them under the broiler on high for about 5 minutes.
*Heat Canadian Bacon according to package (I threw them in the microwave for about 1 minute, but you can cook them on the stove as well.)
*Place one slice of Canadian Bacon on each English Muffin, top with one egg and Hollandaise sauce.

If you don't have an egg poacher, I know there is a way to poach eggs without one, but I have no idea how that is. You could also just cook the eggs over-easy in a skillet, and probably add the spinach to the eggs before you flip them to make sure it gets cooked.

Sorry for not taking an "after" photo, I was just so excited to eat! It was super tasty and I couldn't taste the spinach at all, so maybe next time I'll add more. Cooked spinach is the only vegetable Bobby will eat, so I'm happy I found a tasty way to incorporate it into one of our favorites!
